Shared pricing is per person (2 guests per room unless otherwise noted).

Shared rooms are based on 2-person occupancy, except for the Private Estate.
Private Estate pricing is based on group occupancy. The estate includes three estate units and can host up to six guests total. At full shared occupancy, the rate is $6,500 per person.

$1,000 USD off the standard listed price of any room — applied directly to your own retreat investment.
A 10% referral bonus for every guest who joins through your direct referral. For some coaches, this can significantly reduce — or fully offset — their own investment.

This is not a $1,000 room. It is not $1,000 total pricing. It is a $1,000 reduction from the standard rate shown above, applied to whatever accommodation option you choose.
